TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 calendar days before your scheduled event.

Bookings made within 7 days of the event require payment in full at the time of booking.

Your event date is not confirmed until the required payment has been received. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation, subject to our cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to The Rolling Range's cancellation and refund policy. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes based on availability.

Weather

Because The Rolling Range operates a mobile golf simulator, certain weather conditions may make setup or operation unsafe. We reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel an event due to severe weather, high winds, unsafe ground conditions, or other conditions that could affect guest or equipment safety.

Setup & Venue Requirements

The customer is responsible for providing a suitable, reasonably level setup area with adequate space and safe access for our equipment. The Rolling Range reserves the right to refuse setup in an area determined to be unsafe.

Equipment & Guest Conduct

Guests must follow instructions provided by The Rolling Range staff. Reckless behavior, misuse of equipment, or unsafe conduct may result in suspension of play without refund.

Damage

The customer may be responsible for damage to The Rolling Range equipment caused by intentional acts, negligence, or misuse by the customer or their guests.

Participation & Liability

Participation in golf-related activities involves inherent risks. Guests may be required to acknowledge or sign a liability waiver before participating.

Event Timing

Rental time is based on the scheduled event period. Additional time may be available for an additional charge and is subject to availability.

Travel

Additional travel charges may apply to events outside The Rolling Range's standard service area. Any additional charges will be disclosed before the booking is confirmed.
