CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Payment

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date. The remaining 50% balance is due 7 calendar days before your scheduled event.

Bookings made within 7 days of the event require payment in full at the time of booking.

Customer Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled event are eligible for a refund of any payments made beyond the 50% nonrefundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event are nonrefundable. However, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a one-time reschedule based on availability.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule should be made as soon as possible. Rescheduled events are subject to availability and must be scheduled within 12 months of the original event date.

Weather & Unsafe Conditions

The safety of our guests, staff, and equipment comes first. If severe weather, high winds, unsafe ground conditions, or other weather-related conditions prevent The Rolling Range from safely operating, we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional charge.

If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a refund for payments made for services we are unable to provide.

Cancellation by The Rolling Range

If The Rolling Range must cancel your event for reasons other than unsafe weather conditions and we cannot provide an acceptable replacement date, you will receive a full refund.

No-Shows & Venue Access

Refunds may not be provided if we arrive at the agreed location and are unable to set up or provide services because the customer or venue is unavailable, access has not been arranged, or the setup location does not meet the requirements communicated before the event.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
